Dave Little

Dave Little

President / CEO

Dave‘s ability to recognize and capitalize on opportunities is well known to his peers. In his younger days as a journeyman carpenter in California, he was instrumental in the development of the first pneumatic nail gun.

Shortly thereafter, he started a small construction supply distribution business out of his garage in San Diego, CA. Over the next 13 years his company became well known in the construction industry. Stores existed throughout California and Arizona, with the San Diego area alone generating sales over $5,000,000 per year.

With no small influence from his wife, Dave’s journey brought him to Logan, Utah, where his natural ability to think critically and visualize the marketability of new products helped many small businesses gain traction.

While researching rotational molding technology for a client’s product, he saw an opportunity and started a rotational molding plant in Brigham City, UT. Over the following 12 years the company expanded to over $5,000,000 in annual sales.

During this time he developed a patented molding process utilizing co-mingled waste plastics as material, without the need for pre-sorting or washing. This revolutionary methodology garnered national recognition, and resulted in his company receiving an R&D 100 award.

Dave has served small and large clients in every industry size and sector, including: Healthcare, Bio-Science, Mining, City/County/State Government, Automotive, Agriculture, Military, Aeronautics, Telecommunications, and the list goes on.

His work has been recognized by the following groups:

  • R&D 100 Award – Process Sciences

    R&D Magazine – 2002

  • Small Businessman of The Year

    State of Utah – 2006
